ActiveAge has just returned from a 2 day workshop in Copenhagen as part of the European 7th Framework funded BRAID project. The workshop was of particular interest to ActiveAge because of the discussions, which focused on how to achieve better collaboration across Europe in research and technological innovation to improve the lives of older people.

Our presentation at the workshop highlighted the Newcastle-model of regional co-operation across the public, private and third sectors as facilitated by ActiveAge.
